K-3 introduces 85 Tonka, an intoxicating woody-spicy scent, combining vibrant sandalwood and tonka, which playfully create a comforting contrast against the green cardamom and bright saffron. Smoked cade and creamy vanilla linger, adding an intense sensation of mystery and comfort.
Comfort that the designer Kenzo Takada started to dream about in 1985 with the creation of a traditional Japanese house in Paris. His secret paradise, a modern oriental universe, was built mostly out of wood with a suspended garden. 85 Tonka encapsulates this haze of woody, exotic, and green smells.
