Hello There. My name is Dawn Serbin and I am a 52 yr Young woman who lives in Arizona 9 months out of the year and the other 3 months in my Favorite place on earth, Laguna Beach, CA. I do a lot of online shopping these days and it seems today, every company is trying to "out do" their competitors. Because of this, much of the focus will go toward how to be better than the other companies and less on what their customers are wanting. Which is why I tend to gravitate towards companies whose main Focus is on their customers. I Love the straight forward approach you have taken with your quiz questionnaire...No one wants to spend 45 minutes answering ridiculous questions that have nothing to do with what you are trying to find out...in this case, what kind of scent the customer prefers and wants to accomplish by wearing it. Your less than 10 questions was Perfect...to the point...and in my opinion, a great way to help the customer find the Right & Perfect scent for them; I used to work in the industry and I am extremely impressed with all your lines. I wish you continued success and Please feel free to reach out to me if you ever need someone to try out and give you feedback on a new product you are getting ready to launch.
