The tapered side of the brush is the perfect shape to apply highlighter under the brows on the browbone for a light lifted effect and on the inside corners of the eyes to make them sparkle.

Not the best but definitely not the worst

You can tell this is an inexpensive brush, but it is, so I don't have a problem with that. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. and it works especially well to dot a little shimmer in the corner of your eye.
